7:00 to 7:30 pm: Session 1a Teaching session suitable for beginners and improvers.
​
7.30 to 8.15pm: Session 1b Teaching session suitable for all dancers, including beginners.

These sessions cover steps and the common RSCDS formations together with basic covering, phrasing and handing.

8.30 to 9:00 pm: Session 2a Teaching session covering more advanced formations.
​
9.00 to 10:00 pm: Session 2b Dances and Dancing, including dances from forthcoming programmes
