7:00 to 8:15 pm: Essential skills - Teaching session aimed at beginners and improvers.

This session covers steps and the common RSCDS formations together with basic covering, phrasing and handing.

8:30 to 9.10 pm: Consolidating skills -Teaching session covering more advanced formations.

8.30 to 10:00 pm: Social dancing - Dances and Dancing, including dances from forthcoming programmes

Both of these sessions assume good knowledge of the steps and formations from the Essential skills session and additionally cover more advanced formations.
